- Integrative Health Coach Instructor
Description
Position Overview:
UHP is seeking a dynamic and experienced Integrative Health Coach instructor to teach, mentor, and develop students pursuing national board certification in health and wellness coaching. This full-time, in-person role is a mission-driven opportunity to shape the future of health and well-being education. As an Integrative Health Coach at UHP, you will lead adult learners through interactive instruction, real-world coaching practice, and personal transformation rooted in UHP’s four pillars: Think, Train, Feel, Lead.
About Our Integrative Health Coaching Program:
Our NBHWC-approved program trains coaches to honor that clients are the experts on their own lives, while coaches are the experts on the process of behavior change. UHP Integrative Health Coaches emphasize presence, deep listening, partnership, motivational interviewing, and powerful inquiry so clients discover their own answers and build lasting confidence. True empowerment comes from this partnership: the coach brings the process, the client brings the wisdom, and together they build a path forward.
You will collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team of experts in coaching, mental performance, graduate support, and operations to deliver a holistic learning experience. This role also plays an active part in curriculum development, interdisciplinary programming, and community-building on our 500-acre campus at the foot of the Ozark Mountains.
About UHP:
UHP is an innovator in integrated health, well-being, and fitness education. We serve those transitioning from military service and other life chapters into meaningful careers in coaching, health, and leadership. Our programs are built around the mental, physical, and vocational transformation of every student. Our campus features world-class training facilities, modern living accommodations, a health-forward commercial kitchen, hiking and biking trails, and dedicated classroom and coaching spaces.
