Role Overview

As a Health Coach, you’ll deliver high-impact coaching sessions to employees across diverse industries. You’ll help clients set and achieve wellness goals, navigate behavior change, and build sustainable habits that enhance their personal and professional lives. This role is ideal for empathetic, self-motivated coaches who thrive in dynamic environments and value autonomy, connection, and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1 coaching sessions focused on lifestyle, nutrition, movement, stress, and sleep.
• Guide clients through goal-setting, habit formation, and mindset shifts using motivational interviewing and behavior change frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal wellness services team to support program delivery and client engagement.
• Maintain accurate session notes and client progress documentation.
• Participate in periodic team huddles, training, and feedback loops.
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions.

Requirements

Qualifications

• National Board Certification Required (NBC-HWC)
• 2+ years of coaching experience, ideally in a corporate setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; emotionally intelligent and culturally sensitive
• Familiarity with digital coaching platforms and virtual session delivery
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule and meet client availability needs
• Passion for wellness, personal growth, and empowering others

Contract Details

• Duration: ongoing
• Minimum of 10 hour commitment per week
• Flexible schedule based on client demand and coach availability
• Hourly compensation structure based on sessions delivered
• Must provide own liability insurance and comply with independent contractor requirements
• Must have a personal Zoom account to conduct client sessions
