The Role
We’re building a curated network of certified health and wellness coaches to support functional medicine and integrative practitioners across the U.S.As a coach within the Health Coach Link network, you’ll:
- Collaborate closely with functional medicine practitioners to help patients implement lifestyle, nutrition, and mindset recommendations.
- Conduct 1:1 and/or group coaching sessions focused on sustainable behavior change.
- Support clinic workflows—referrals, progress documentation, and communication with care teams.
- Track outcomes such as adherence, patient engagement, and satisfaction.
- Maintain professionalism and clear boundaries within your scope of practice.

Requirements
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for coaches who are:
Certified through NBCHWC, FMCA, IIN, SAFM, FDN, or equivalent.
Experienced in behavior-change coaching, motivational interviewing, or habit-based approaches.
Comfortable collaborating with medical providers (functional, integrative, naturopathic, or conventional).
Organized, proactive, and professional in documentation and communication.
Passionate about bridging the gap between education and implementation.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience coaching within a clinical or integrative health setting.
- Familiarity with functional medicine concepts (root-cause care, lab-based protocols, lifestyle medicine).
- Comfort using EHR or coaching platforms (Practice Better, Healthie, TrueCoach, etc.).
